Born and raised in the Khumbu region, I've been guiding treks to Everest Base Camp for over 15 years. My family runs a tea house in Namche Bazaar, and I love sharing the rich Sherpa culture with visitors from around the world.

As one of Nepal's leading female trekking guides, I specialise in the Annapurna region. I hold a degree in Environmental Science and am passionate about sustainable tourism and empowering women in the adventure industry.

I grew up in the Langtang Valley and know every trail, ridge, and hidden waterfall in the region. After the 2015 earthquake, I dedicated myself to rebuilding the community and showing travellers the resilience and beauty of Langtang.

A cultural tour specialist based in Kathmandu, I guide heritage walks, temple tours, and photography expeditions across the Valley. I have a Master's in Art History and have been featured in National Geographic Traveler.

I'm a third-generation mountaineer from Makalu region. I've summited six 8,000m peaks including Everest twice. I specialize in high-altitude expeditions and technical climbing routes that go beyond typical trekking. Safety is my number one priority.

A wildlife biologist turned adventure guide, I lead safaris in Chitwan and Bardia National Parks. I've tracked Bengal tigers, one-horned rhinos, and gharial crocodiles for over a decade. I also run family-friendly nature trips for travelers with children.

Originally from Upper Mustang, I guide treks into one of the last forbidden kingdoms of the Himalayas. I hold a degree in Tibetan Studies and am passionate about preserving the ancient Bon and Buddhist traditions of the region.

A paragliding instructor and adventure sports guide based in Pokhara. I offer tandem paragliding, white-water rafting expeditions, and multi-sport adventure packages. I'm certified by APPI (Association of Paragliding Pilots and Instructors).

As a certified yoga teacher and meditation instructor, I lead wellness retreats and spiritual journeys across Nepal. I trained at the International Yoga Academy in Rishikesh and have guided retreats in Pokhara, Nagarkot, and Lumbini for the past 7 years.
